Cancer care is complicated. Getting good advice shouldn't be.

A Saarthi consultation is different. We prepare your case. Match you with the right specialist and brief them before you meet. So they get complete context, and you get clearer answers.

Compassionate cancer care support

How a Prepared Consultation works

Four steps that change everything about your next oncologist visit.

Step 1

Your doctor calls you

45-60 minutes to understand your full situation—medical history, current concerns, and what decisions you're facing. No rushed intake forms.

Step 2

We prepare your case

Your records, scans, and reports become a clear case file. We identify the key questions that need answers and surface what matters.

Step 3

We connect you to the right specialist

We match you with a specialist from our panel based on your situation. Choose online or in-person. Before you meet, we brief them on your case and questions. When you speak, they already know your story.

Step 4

You actually understand what's next

After the consultation, your doctor debriefs with you. What did the oncologist mean? What are your real options? What should you do now?

What's included

Your dedicated doctor learns your full situation

45-60 minutes to understand your history, your concerns, and the decisions you're facing. Not a rushed intake form.

We surface what matters from your records

Your scans, reports, and prescriptions—distilled to the details that count. Signal, not noise.

The oncologist knows your story and your questions

Before you meet, they're briefed: here's this patient's situation, here's what they need answered. They come prepared.

You actually get heard

A consultation focused on your decisions, not a 10-minute skim. Then your doctor debriefs—what it meant, what's next, what to do.

We've been where you are

We've been caregivers ourselves. We learnt (the hard way) that the system makes it hard to get good care—not because doctors don't care, but because they don't have time, context, or coordination.

Saarthi fixes that.

Common questions

Is this really free?
Yes. Your first Prepared Consultation—including the GP intake, case preparation, and debrief—is free. If you see an oncologist, their consultation fee applies (we'll tell you upfront). We offer continued care plans for families who want ongoing support.
Can I call you in an emergency?
No. We are not an medical emergency service. Please reach out to the nearest hospital or emergency service.
How is this different from booking a second opinion on Practo?
On Practo, you book a slot and show up. The oncologist gets 10 minutes and whatever documents you remembered to upload. With Saarthi, we prepare your case before the consultation—your doctor spends 45-60 minutes understanding your situation, organizes your records, and briefs the oncologist. They come prepared. You get a real consultation, not a rushed verdict.
Who is the doctor I'll speak with?
Your Saarthi doctor is an experienced physician (GP) who specializes in helping families navigate cancer care. They're NOT replacing your oncologist—they're making sure you get the most out of every consultation and decision.
Can I choose which oncologist I see?
We'll recommend oncologists based on your specific situation—cancer type, stage, location, and what kind of guidance you need. You can also request a specific doctor if you have someone in mind.
What if I just have a quick question?
Start with a Prepared Consultation anyway—it's free, and it helps us understand your situation. Many "quick questions" turn out to need more context than a WhatsApp message can provide.
Do you work with my existing oncologist?
Yes. We're not here to replace your care team—we're here to help you work with them more effectively. If you want a second opinion, we can arrange that. If you want help preparing for your next appointment with your current oncologist, we do that too.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Get a Prepared Consultation—free. We'll call you within 24 hours.
